starting and ending (with a pint or two) at the Old Dungeon Ghyll at
the end of the Langdale Valley. I've done this walk in both summer and
winter and it's one I'll definately do again. A tough walk, but well
worth the effort. | Setiting off from the Old Dungeon Gyhll Car park

I turned right at 3 Tarns and headed down The Band back towards The Old Dungeon Gyhll.
The climb up to the left, the ridge walk accross the top and the descent down the right. A superb walk
